BRIEF
Create an impactful ‘wow factor’ exhibition stand comprised of 3x different footprints, for AVIC Cabin Systems at AIM Hamburg 2019, showcasing the group’s unique offering as a one-stop solution for complete delivery.
CHALLENGE
Create a cohesive look and feel across all footprints, as well as on the specified areas for each of the five company stakeholders (AIM Altitude, Thompson Aero Seating, FACC, Jiatai and AVIC Cabin System). At the same time to maintain individual brand reconnection with visitors and spread knowledge about the wider umbrella company, whilst sensitively balancing the individual requirements of five companies showcasing on the one stand.
RESPONSE
Our concept focused around a main central communal bar area with hospitality on offer for stakeholders to entertain their guests, and dedicated space on stand to showcase each of the stakeholders’ product offerings. The large hanging banner around each section helped create a cohesive feel, uniting the three footprints. Versatile meeting rooms on the First Floor allowed private business meetings and negotiations to take place and were the perfect backdrop for large deals to be made.
